Most beekeeping associations put on regular monthly
meetings and during the winter months these often consist of lectures
on beekeeping topics. It is hoped this listing provides constructive
help to organisers of beekeeping events in the U.K. and Ireland to
locate suitable lecturers. It gives the subjects that individual
lecturers are prepared to speak on, their preparedness to travel and a
small amount of biographical information about the lecturer.
All lecturers have agreed for their details to be
displayed, and we hope the list is up to date. If you would like to be
included on this list, know of other high standard lecturers who might
also wish to be included, or know of any discrepancies, then please
Email web-editor@bibba.com
The only condition for inclusion is that the lecturer supports the aims
and objectives of BIBBA.
The BKA or group that is hiring the
lecturer should contact them direct and agree any fee and
requirements. To help your event runs smoothly please read Guidelines for Engaging Lecturers.
BIBBA are not responsible for the ability or
presentational skills of the lecturers on this list, or the content of
their lectures. Users will have to satisfy themselves the lecturer
suits their requirements. There is no monitoring, but regular
complaints about those on this list may result in their removal. It
must be understood that inclusion on this list is not to be seen as an
endorsement or recommendation of the lecturer by BIBBA.
Those who are prepared to travel more than 50 miles
have "Y" under "Travel 50m+", those who aren't will have "N".
