Is there one near you?

There are over 30 groups who are involved in a wide range of activities with a view to improving their own bees and those in their area. Some are very small with only a few beekeepers and others are much larger. They do vary a lot from simple queen rearing to more advanced activities such as instrumental insemination.

It makes sense to join a group that is already in existence rather than to start on your own. You can find out if there is a group near you by contacting the Bee Improvement Group Secretary.
